Macha Poynder’s work focuses on light. Free from materiality, from the canvases weight, her night paintings capture the intangible, the ephemeral and materialize the bodies movements. These Â« night dances Â» in which the body turns into a luminous brush, helps us forge a silent understanding of our own selves. Her photographs reveal the hidden structure of an outstanding space which she pictures with a broader perception.

The leading Japanese painter Aki Kuroda exhibits a number of his latest and most emblematic works : large formats, gouaches, lithos, all exploring themes such as cosmos, mankind and nature. Inspired by several ancient myths, filled with dreamlike figures and graffitis, his paintings take us into his own inner world : a blend of present and future, the East and the West, with a profusion of bright colours.

Fao Wardson’s 28 printed photographs, all unframed and without a protective glass, echo 4 different themes exploring dawns, skies, lines and emergences, all characterized by the special depth of pigments. It is a journey through instants of sky or landscape, sometimes resulting in the total abstraction of light : photo-graphy.
Sei Arimori and Annie Brasseur

The work of the Japanese painter Sei Arimori is in permanent harmony with nature, and full of spirituality. He looks at the world with dazzled eyes filled with wonder at the marvels of the creation. His technique testifies of the double influence of the Italian Renaissance gold leaf background and of the Flemish Primitives with their refined glazing, mixing them with traditional Japanese Sumi calligraphy. Annie Brasseur exhibited some of her sculptures.

Claude Mediavilla is a French painter and calligrapher. His works explore the relation between abstract art and calligraphy. They are characterized by great spontaneity, a perfect technique and a deep reflection. Claude Mediavilla is regurlary required to work for main French institutions and historic houses.
