Next Exhibition at the Lussato Institute : « Re-Enchantment »
Re-Enchantment is an invitation to hope again, the promise of a moment of contemplation and sharing as you walk through the heart of the Institute and its park, passing by the house of its founders Bruno Lussato and Marina Fedier, which is home to an exceptional collection of Japanese art, more specifically Mingei art.
An exhibition with three voices in tune; a beautiful and poetic escape that reminds us, without any need for a potion, of the immutable freedom to dream through art.
A beneficial experience, to be discovered and visited from 7 May to 30 June 2021, with a highlight on the weekends of 29/30 May and 5/6 June on the occasion of the Parcours d'Artistes organised by the Commune of Uccle, of which the Institute is one of the partner sites.
Isabelle Thiltgès invites us to travel: from the quivering of a bird's wing in mid-flight to the serene immobility of her bronzes with their pure and sensual lines, her work captures the essential and leads us to poetic contemplation.
Pierre Rulens plunges us into the universe of the cosmic infinity of his Moebius which oscillate from yin to yang. Between geometric stability and luminous vibration, his sculptures, in which tree bark imprints are captured, seem to be inhabited by a hidden life.
Sophie Cauvin draws us into her powerful and initiatory cosmogony where the eternal elements meet: sand, water and earth harmonise in a monochrome immensity that catches the eye in a gradually calming whirlwind.
